DESCRIPTION:We are cleaning out and selling the remainder of Leroy Nau’s collection of lingering Model A Parts.  Lots of goodies have lingered due to lack of time to go through them. There are sound engine blocks – some with heads and crank shafts\, a 1930 Coupe in parts including the frame and shell (both of which have already had some work done on them)\, lots of water pumps in varying condition\, a smorgasbord of other parts that we are still wading through and prepping for the sale.  We just keep uncovering more and more each day. \nThere are also Model A collector items\, Model A books\, and Model A artwork that will be available. \nSee you there!!

SUMMARY:2024 Northwest Harvest Food Drive
DESCRIPTION:This Year’s Event:  We will send out our fleet of Model A’s on that day\, horns-honking\, flags flying\, and with our cars adorned with our Evergreen A’s magnetic signs to deliver our donations. At the same day from 9 to 10 AM\, King 5 TV will be conducting their live broadcast of the food drive. \nEvent Details\nPlan to meet up at a nearby large parking lot and drive en masse to the food drive at the Rainier Beach Safeway with details shown below: \nRendezvous and Convoy to the Food Drive:\nLocation: Atlantic City Boat Ramp\, 9026 Seward Park Ave. S.\, Seattle\nAssemble: 9:15 AM November 24\, 2024\nDepart: 9:30 AM\nDrive: Leave the Boat Ramp parking lot\, turn left and drive south along Seward Park Ave. S. about 1\,000 feet to the intersection with Rainier Ave. S. Wait up at the traffic light to make sure we are all bunched up as a group. Turn right onto Rainier Ave. S.\, head west\, and after 1\,500 feet\, turn right into the Safeway parking lot. \nPost-event Activities:\nLast year there was some confusion of post-event activities\, and some members took it on their own to meet up somewhere for a short drive and lunch. This year let’s plan something in a bit of a more coordinated manner. \nDonation Options\nOur club itself has voted to provide a $1\,000 monetary donation to NW Harvest at this time\, however\, if you wish\, you may send a personal check\, earmarked to NW Harvest\, to the club treasury via Steve Francois. Checks can be mailed to his home at 313 162nd Pl. SE\, Mill Creek\, WA 98012-1255. Steve will then collect those checks\, keep them anonymous\, and roll them up into a single check to be presented in the name of the Evergreen A’s.

DESCRIPTION:Mill Creek Veterans Day Parade – Monday\, November 11th \nLast year we had a very nice turn out with 6 cars. Meet up is around 10 AM (staged behind the LA Fitness building which is at Main St & 151st SE.) and the parade starts at 11. ( they had coffee and donuts for everyone). There will be Two rendezvous points depending on your availability\, location\, and interest.
