NWRG Hub Tour: Sea the Waves in your Model A’s, 2025 – Long Beach, Washington
Greetings from the Northwest Regional Model A Group. We will be hosting the Hub Tour in Long Beach, Washington.
Remember, it is a Hub Tour, let’s drive our “A’s” and have fun!
Host Hotel: The Hub of the tour will be the Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center, 304 14th St NW,
Long Beach, Washington. We have a guaranteed room rate of $109/night USD + tax. A block
of rooms has been reserved for the Hub Tour beginning Sunday evening, September 21st
until Friday, September 26th.
If the host hotel fills up and you can’t book your stay, there are several other hotels in the immediate vicinity:

Chronologically, here are the major events:
September 21, 2025 (Sunday afternoon): We will begin early registration on the evening of September 21st, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., at the
Chautauqua Resort in Long Beach, Washington. Look for the registration table in the Sunrise Room. Open 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
September 22, 2025 (Monday): Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Chautauqua Resort in the Sunset Room. Because
most of the area hotels offer a breakfast, we will not be having breakfast. The Welcome meeting will be in the Sunset Room at 9:00 a.m. Please attend to find out about the week’s events, meet old friends and make new acquaintances. You will receive a
Hub Tour booklet containing the schedule and all of the available tours listed.
September 23, 2025 (Tuesday): Touring on your own. Restorers Class Evaluations start at 9:00 a.m. Tailgate Swap Meet is
from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Hubley check in at 4:00 pm, NWRG Representatives meeting at the Chautauqua Resort in the Sunset Room at 5:00 p.m., dinner on your own and Hubley races start at 7:30 p.m.
September 24, 2025 (Wednesday): Grand tour will include sites around SW Washington & NW Oregon and will stop at Camp 18
for lunch between 1:00 — 2:30 p.m. After lunch you will be free to tour on back roads to the Long Beach area.
September 25, 2025 (Thursday): More touring on your own and Farewell Dinner at 6:00 p.m. at the Chautauqua Resort in the
Sunset Room. No-host bar will open at 5:00 p.m.
September 26, 2025 (Friday): Hotel check out and travel home.

If you omit the waiver your registration will be returned. Canadian friends, please convert to US funds, at current exchange rate, and mail a money order to Linda. If you registered and attended the Hub Tour in Redmond, Oregon be sure to subtract $50 from your registration total.
